Basket of Flowers Just For You - Sharon Blaxter

 Please read all instructions before commencing


1.   Cut a piece of light pink card 13cm x 13cm with a craft knife and ruler on a self healing mat.

2.   Carefully lift of the Ribbon Sticker with the help of a Positioning Tool.
Attach along the 4 edges of the card.

NB. Start the ribbon sticker at the same point in each corner so they are evenly matched around the card.

3. Carefully lift a corner of the ribbon sticker and cut using small scissors across the corners.
Start at the outer corner and cut towards the middle, where the corners meet up.
This will give you a lovely mitred corner.  
Repeat on all the corners.

4.   Cut the main card with a paper trimmer 14.2 x 28.4,  score at  14.2 cm and fold.
Attach the ribbon topper with double sided tape.  Leave to one side.

5.   Place white card into the Daisy embossing folder and run through the Cuttlebug with plates A and 2 x B plates.
With the Large Oval Die place the embossed card on top and run through the Cuttlebug once again this time using plates A, B and C.

6.   Cut out the Marianne Craftables Basket 1208 using a Cuttlebug with plates A, B and C, 
Run through the Cuttlebug once again this time with the embossing mat.
  Colour the basket with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink using a small ink sponge.

7.   Attach the embossed oval to the pink card with Elmers Glue. See card for positioning.
Attach the basket using Zig 2-Way glue.

8.   Snip the wire from the back of the  Marianne Design Paper Flowers, arrange the flowers to your liking. 
Use  tweezers to place the flowers on the basket with Helmar glue.

9.  Pick up a Just For You with a  pokey tool and place in the centre of the card.

10.    Place 2 holographic butterflies onto a piece of  acetate with a pokey tool and with scissors carefully cut around the butterflies. Bend the wings at the thorax to give the butterfly dimension.  Holding with tweezers place a small amount of Helmar glue to the thorax of the butterfly. Place a butterfly on each side of the peel off.

Your card is now complete!
